First Walk

Kaeli took us all on a walk. Kyson liked being in the stroller. Kaeli was a line leader and took us around the block.

Bili Update/Pictures

Kyson is getting rid of the jaundice. He is still a little yellowy but he's eating and getting rid of it. They didn't request another lab test today beacuse he's gaining his weight back. He was 7lbs 9 ozs today. Don't know how many diapers we go through a day. They say 10-12, I think we go through more than that!

I tried to catch a picture of him smiling after a big milk meal, but my camera is too slow but I was able to catch the tail end of a smile! Here's another picture of Kaeli and Kyson. And the last picture is his blonde(ok brown) highlights in his hair! Gotta be the Hawaiian blood!

A few pics from the first few hours and one when we got home. Ange brought us PHO 5 hours afer he was born!!! What a life saver. I was going to have to eat some stale toast and gross fritatta thing! We are working through Jaundice now. So far no Bili levels high enough for the need of the bili blanket! Hopefully the check on Tuesday will show that it is getting better.

Saturday YUMMY!

We went to lunch at Santa Ramen in San Mateo yesterday. 1 word.... YUMMMY!!! Just looking at the picture makes me want more! Then we went to the Japanese market and bought Mochi ice cream and ate it in the parking lot!

Halloween Weekend Pics!

Weekend at Po-Po's house. Kaeli was Grandma's one and only trick or treater and she cleared out the whole candy basket into her pumpkin. Too bad we forgot the pumpkin in Belmont! Se made cookies and carved and drew on a pumpkin.... she refused to put her hand in the pumpkin to clean out the seeds!

Weekend Pics

This weekend we went to Gilroy Gardens, the Pumpkin Patch and Crawdaddy with the Wu Family. Kaeli loved all the rides at Gilroy Gardens, they are all the perfect size and speed for her!

Here's Kaeli on Sunday watching her Wonder pets. She got to open her Wonder Pet toys because she had to get a flu shot on Saturday. She kept saying it hurt ALL DAY LONG! But we knew she was making it up because she kept saying her elbow hurt from the flu shot! She got up and dressed herself if you are wondering why she is so colorful(Green shirt, heart jacket, polka dots pants, and star socks!). The second picture is at nap time. She sleeps with her old duck and the two other ducks she made beds on the floor.

Polly Pockets?

So most girls don't play with the polly pockets like this I think.... Kaeli loves Lion King so she is putting polly pocket stuff on Pumba and Timon and he favorite birds of the day!

Reading Time

Kaeli quietly reads books while Mommy showers. She loves to read or look at the pictures at least. She's making herself at home in mommy's U-Pillow.

Baby pictures

Got to go to Aunty Angela's work and be a model and do some scans. Very cool 4D scans. But when we were ready to take some pictures, Baby boy put is hands in front of his face, so we only got this one of his face on 4d. Little rascal was hiding from the camera. Must be just like Daddy! Baby is estimated at 2lbs 3oz. give or take 5 oz.

Learning Math

Daddy asked Kaeli to recite this yesterday. I think he went over it with her twice and then she was able to do it by herself! Of course we rewarded her with a new Bearstein Bear book!

Sleepy Kaeli

She was fighting Daddy and didn't want to sleep. So Daddy told her she had to stay awake on the bus ride back to the hotel. She was having some trouble with this...i was a mean mommy and was laughing so hard!

she was going to fall over so daddy let her sleep on the bus.. poor thing!

DISNEY WORLD 2009

We just got back from Walt Disney World and we all had a blast! Uncle Dan, Aunty Lil and Uncle Justin joined us for our Disney vacation. Kaeli was scared for most of the rides, but she now loves Dumbo and the Merry Go Round! That is a big step for her! She also requested to ride the Nemo ride at Epcot a few times too! She also loved the Nemo Musical (Almost as much as Daddy did) Lion King show, and Monsters Inc show. Orlando was SO SO SO SO HOT! We never left the Disney resort. We were there 7 days and we still didn't see everything! Daddy even took Kaeli on Splash Mountian but when i asked her if she wanted to ride it again i got a loud "NO!" It was great going after everyone was back in school. There were lines for nothing! We just walked right on all of the rides! I cannot imagine waiting in line when it is so hot during the summer! She got to take pictures with the characters but chose only to take pictures with Daisy. Everyone else she wouldn't go near with out someone else going with her.
